NEWS: Tristar Worldwide receives Investors In People accreditation

Tristar Worldwide Chauffeur Services recently underwent a review by the Investors In People assessment team and, as a result, were awarded with the globally recognised accreditation of becoming an Investors In People company. The assessment process culminated with the assessment team being on site for approximately two weeks. The assessor met with a large number of employees from across the organisation and interviewed them regarding their roles and feelings about working for the company.

The report praises Tristar’s commitment to employee development - ‘It is clear from the assessment activity that Tristar Cars does place a great emphasis on the development of its people and that this is supported through the high levels of learning and development subjects available to everyone.’

In addition, staff morale was described as being high and that employees felt that their contributions are highly valued – ‘People working at Tristar generally do feel valued and recognised for the contribution that they make and also feel empowered within their role to be involved in decision making and to take responsibility for the work that they do.’

This award further emphasises Tristar’s commitment to being the market leader in global chauffeur services through the development and empowerment of employees.
