Michael spearheads Tristar’s American operations, and with over 20 years of experience in the transportation industry, there can be no one better. A graduate of Wesleyan University, he worked for Boston Coach Corp. for 17 years in a number of managerial roles, including General Manager and Senior Vice President, a tenure during which he became affiliated with Tristar. It was only natural then, upon our expansion into the US, to look to Michael for leadership. With his extensive understanding of the industry and innate dedication to customer service, Michael exemplifies Tristar’s core values and ensures we deliver on our promise of five-star travel experiences.

Dean De Beer CEO

GROUP CEO—Dean De Beer

He joined Tristar in 1997, when it was already a well known airport transfer business. For the first five years before becoming CEO, Dean was Finance Director. A qualified accountant, Dean has over 20 years experience in the service industry, which explains the importance he places on the customer here at Tristar. He was a Senior Executive with highly respected company Rentokil, in South Africa. Here he learned how to generate great customer relations and the importance therefore of a buttoned down, highly detailed, streamlined, efficient, and effective service.
