Incoming passengers should be aware that Taiwanese authorities use thermal scanners to assess body temperatures. - There are a number of actions pertaining to death, which must not be performed. For example, whistling at night is said to attract ghosts. Writing someone’s name in red is has connotations to death. Pointing at graveyards or cemeteries is considered disrespectful to the dead.
